All reproduction or representation are reserved and can be transferable in a special agreement. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, even partial, according to any mode and in any form whatsoever, without the written authorization of our company would constitute infringement within the meaning of articles L.335-2 and following of the said Code and subject to criminal prosecution.

In case of failure to renew business relationship, TECHNISTYLE could transfer ownership (all stand elements or partially), or transfer property rights. In each case, a specific agreement and terms should be issued.

Finally, customer will have to guarantee, beforehand, in writing, to exclude the third parties literary and artistic rights.
